From fear comes willpower, Desire and Inspiration

We all know what fear is right? At some point in our lifetime it pops up. It's inevitable.
However, there are different ways to manage it. The most common and the easiest way out of a situation were we feel fear is to create different excuses, the more you do it, the easier it becomes, and that's when the habits begins, the evil circle. Anyone who can relate?
I've been great at finding various excuses and not doing things because it's scary, that's the biggest mistake I've done numerous times in my life, but I've learned not to dwell on it. Instead I try to embrace
each mistake I make/made and learn from them. Easier said then done but my answer to you is - mindset.

Don't think that all fear is negative, definitely not! from fear comes willpower, desire and inspiration.
Have you ever been afraid of something yet gathered the strength to do it? How did you feel afterwards? absolutely fantastic right? That is how I feel when I face my fears. I get this feeling that I can do just about anything, but that amazing feeling is easy to lose. Again, that's when the habit starts to kick in.
A habit is just a habit, change it and it will change with you.

I have all my life been that shy person that never wants to be the center of attention, (still don't) but my shyness became bigger when my alopecia started. After hiding, trying to cover up my condition, lying to myself and others about it, I started to really freak out! How long would I be able to live like this? Not one more day!  So I came out of my shell and started to show myself.
How? - you ask? That's a story for another day.

Stay brave, stay strong, stay motivated and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Don't forget, fear is just an illusion that you create for yourself, only you can change it!
